Order Processing
All TTFL orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit times.
Shipping & Delivery
TTFL ships orders domestically within Australia and internationally. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and courier service. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier company. TTFL is not liable for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
If your parcel arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the courier directly to lodge a claim. We are happy to provide any required order or tracking information to assist with your enquiry.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before being sent back
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be shipped back to our location in Australia.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as TTFL is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale, discounted items, or promotional items are not eligible for return unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
